Billy Carroll Winstead 54, of Dixon, KY died at his home on Sunday August 31, 2014. He was a Truck driver/ Farmer. He was a member of Lakeview Missionary Baptist Church in Dixon. He was preceded in death by his father Norman Winstead Sr. Survivors include his wife of 34 years Lisa Winstead of Dixon, KY; his mother Lola Schwersinske of Henderson, KY; 4 brothers Norman Winstead Jr and Arnold Winstead both of Dixon, KY; Doris Winstead of Louisville, KY and Roger Winstead of Slaughters, KY; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Townsend Funeral home in Dixon on Wednesday Sept 3, 2014 at 2pm. Rev. Don Canode will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Dixon. Friends may visit from 4-8pm on Tuesday and from 8am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
