Debbie Richmond Wallace Harvey 58, of Owensboro, KY formerly of Sebree, KY passed away at Owensboro Health on Tuesday April 11, 2017. She was preceded in death by her dad Eugene Richmond Sr. Survivors include her daughter Tammy Wallace of Bowling Green, KY; her mother Peggy Richmond of Sebree, KY; her sister Donna Wilson of Henderson, KY; 7 brothers Rodney, Jesse, Perry, and Eugene Richmond Jr. all of Sebree, KY; Johnny Richmond of Providence, KY; Jimmy Richmond of Owensboro, KY and Scotty Richmond of Dixon, KY, 4 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and her companion Jesus Estrada Garcia. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Saturday April 15, 2017 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon. Min. Chip Palmer will officiate.
