Dorothy Brown

Dot Brown 86, of Henderson, KY formerly of Dixon, KY died at Methodist Hospital in Henderson on Sunday January 27, 2013. She had worked at the Zenith Corp. as an Assembly Line Tech. She was a member of the Fairview Church of Christ in Dixon. She was the daughter of the late Martin and Lola Walker Grant. She had a favorite companion, her cat named Bobby Sue. Survivors include her husband of 64 years Jack Brown of Henderson, KY; 2 sister in laws; 2 brother in laws; several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon on Wednesday January 30 at 11am. Ministers Gary Puryear and Rex Childs will officiate. Burial will be in Union Cemetery in Nebo, KY. Visitation will be from 9am until service time at the funeral home on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Fairview Church of Christ 1693 Hwy 41-A South, Dixon, KY 42409.
