Edna E. Brown 92, of Madisonville, KY, formerly of Dixon, KY passed away at Oak Ridge Assisted Living Facility in Madisonville, KY on Saturday December 2, 2017. She was a lifetime member of Fairview Church of Christ in Dixon, KY. She was a beautician and a graduate of the Lois-Glyn School of Beauty Culture in Bowling Green, KY in 1944. She was preceded in death by a son, Tommy Brown. She leaves behind her husband of 71 years, Bobby W. Brown of Madisonville, KY; 1 daughter Jan Cole of Dixon, KY; 3 grandchildren Tina Hayes, Jason Cole both of Dixon, KY., and Toby Parker of Providence, KY. 9 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday December 5, 2017 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Minister Rex Childs will officiate with burial in Fairview Cemetery in Dixon, KY.
