Edwin Comrie

Edwin J. Comrie 71 of Dixon, KY formerly of Morris, IL, passed away at Deaconess Hospital in Henderson, KY on Saturday July 4th, 2020. He was retired from AT&T, having worked there for 32 years. He lived for his children and grandchildren, he loved fishing, sports and traveling. He was a US Army Veteran during the Vietnam Era. He always was giving to his family prioritizing their needs before his own. He is the son of the late Edward and Alice Fiori Comrie. He was preceded in death by his brother James Comrie. Survivors include his wife of 53 years Ruth Comrie of Dixon, KY; 1 daughter Stephanie Mellen(Adam) of Diamond, IL; 1 son Tony Comrie(Lyndase) of Dixon, KY; 8 grandchildren Maci Ness, Zane Comrie, Addyson Mellen, Aubrey Mellen, John Comrie, Jaxon Comrie, Kelton Comrie and Brooklyn Comrie.
