Eugene Richmond

Eugene Richmond 81, of Dixon, KY passed away at home on Saturday July 2, 2016. He was a Carpenter for many years, and a member of the Local Union #601. He was a US Air Force Veteran having served during the Korean War. He was a member of the Austin Collins American Legion Post #243 in Sebree, KY. Survivors include his wife of 58 years Peggy Hollifield Richmond of Dixon, KY; 2 daughters Debbie Harvey of Owensboro, KY and Donna Wilson of Cairo, KY; 7 sons Rodney Richmond of Sebree, KY; Jessie Richmond of Sebree, KY; Perry Richmond of Sebree, KY; Johnny Richmond of Providence, KY; Jimmy Richmond of Owensboro, KY; Jeffrey Scott Richmond of Dixon, KY and Eugene Richmond of Sebree, KY; 17 grandchildren and 24 great grand children; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday July 5, 2016 at 1pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Min Chip Palmer and Bro. Gary Richmond Jr will officiate. Burial will be in Onton Cemetery in Onton, KY. Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Monday and from 8am until service time on Tuesday.
