Georgia B. Jones 84, of Henderson, KY, formerly of Webster County passed away on Monday November 7, 2016 at the Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, KY. She was a housewife and member of the Tilden General Baptist Church in Tilden, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. “Bob” Jones. Survivors include her 2 sons Robert M. “Mike” Jones of Owensboro, KY and Richard A. “Rick” Jones of Henderson, KY; 3 grandchildren Erin Marie Gerbing of San Diego, CA, Lara Michelle Jones of Henderson, KY and Alison Rene Jones of Lexington, KY; 2 great grandchildren Annabelle Marie Kemper of Henderson, KY and Sawyer Frederick Gerbing of San Diego, CA; 2 sister-in-laws Carol Williams of Phoenix, AZ and Maxine Duncan of Dixon, KY; 2 special friends Marcia Skinner and Mackenzie Skinner both of Henderson, KY; 2 nieces of Webster County, KY; 1 nephew of Indianapolis, IN; 5 nieces and 5 nephews of Idaho and 2 nieces in Washington State. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Saturday November 12, 2016 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Chaplain Thomas Emerson will officiate. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole, KY.
