Harold Ray "Stokes" Tow

Harold Ray “Stokes” Tow 90 of Henderson passed away Tuesday October 22, 2024. Harold worked 35 years at Sterling Brewery, 7 years at Earl C. Clements Job Corp., and 25 years at A Complete Rental and Custom Car Wash before retiring. He enjoyed camping, fishing and was an avid UK sports fan. He was preceded in death by his sister Pauline Hawkins, brother William “Bill” Henry Tow and stepson Mike Skinner. Survived by his wife of 56 years, Velma Carol Tow of Henderson KY; 1 stepdaughter Michele (Chris) Nally of Henderson, KY; 1 son Steven Ray (Jeanna) Tow of Henderson, KY; 9 grandchildren Joshua and Jacob Nally, John Tow, Brent Tow and Kathy Tow Smith, Laurel Skinner Passani, Justin, Caleb and Rebecca Skinner; 3 great grandchildren Alex Skinner, Crosby and Wells Nally; several nieces and nephews; and his fur baby Buddy Ray. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday October 26, 2024, from 1-3 PM at the former A Complete Rentals on 519 Barrett Blvd. Henderson, KY. In honor of his life the family encourages everyone to wear UK apparel to the service. Rev Mike Ballard will officiate the service at 3 PM.
