Harold Wayne Penrod 81, of Clay, KY passed away at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY on Wednesday July 28, 2021. He was a retired mechanic from Goodyear. He was a member of Providence Primitive Baptist Church where he was a deacon. He loved riding his horses. Harold was preceded in death by a sister, Sheila Curry. Survivors include his wife Peggy Davis Penrod of Clay, KY; 1 sister Marilyn Gentry of Providence, KY; 1 son Rick (Sheila) Penrod of Clay, KY; 2 grandchildren Shaun (Lyndsey) Penrod of Providence, KY and Tiffany Guinn of Dixon, KY; 4 Great grandchildren Kristen Cosby, Colton Penrod, Natalie Penrod of Providence, KY and Trycen Guinn of Dixon, KY; 4 great-great grandchildren; 1 niece and 1 nephew. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Friday July 30, 2021 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Bro. Micah Kelly will officiate. Burial will be in Cullen Cemetery in Providence, KY.
