Herbert Lee Stewart Sr., 73 of Dixon, KY passed away on Thursday July 25th, 2024 at Deaconess Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. Herbert was a truck driver for 28 years for Randy Nally Trucking. He was a US Navy Veteran. He loved his family, especially his grandkids and great-grandkids. Herbert loved hunting, fishing, camping, reading, and playing his guitar. He also enjoyed watching western movies and operating remote control airplanes. He was the son of the late Claude Stewart and Anna Lee Stewart Oakley. He was preceded in death by 4 brothers. Survivors include his wife of 54 years Nancy Stewart of Dixon, KY; his daughter Tonya(Darrell) Caine of Clay, KY; his son Herbert Lee(April) Stewart Jr. of Henderson, KY; 1 sister Claudette Stewart of Arizona; 2 brothers Robert “Bobby” Stewart of Sebree, KY and Roger Stewart of Clay, KY; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
