Ida Dacy

Ida Jewell “Little Momma” Dacy 100, of Dixon, died on Sunday August 28, 2011 at Colonial Terrace Nursing Home in Sebree, KY. She was a housewife. She was a member of the Eastern Star Ermine Ford Chapter #9 and Lakeview Missionary Baptist Church in Dixon. She was preceded in death by her husband Everett "Big Daddy" Dacy in 2000. She is survived by two daughters Esther Leslie of Dixon, KY and Ann Dacy Stone and her husband Donald of Poole, KY; three sons William Dorris Dacy and his wife Nina of Evansville, IN; Jimmy Dacy and his wife Carolyn of Poole, KY; Max Dacy and his wife Mable of Providence, KY; grandchildren; great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; nieces and a nephew. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday August 31, 2011 at 2pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Bro. Sam Beeny and Bro. Terry Jones will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Dixon. Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Tuesday and from 8am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
