James Christopher Dailey 47, of Slaughters passed away Thursday September 1, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He was a wrestler from kindergarten till the 11th grade, then he started bull riding. He loved fishing, hunting, spending time with his family and his bloodhound Judd and his other pets. He was a very affectionate and upbeat throughout his life. Survivors include his wife of 8 years, Pam; his parents James Carlie and Melinda Sue Dailey of Sturgis, KY; 1 son Christopher Lane (Kendra) Dailey of Norfolk, VA; 1 daughter Mallory Elaine Dailey of Spottsville, KY; 2 bonus daughters Ramzee and Bentley; 2 sisters Rhonda Jo (Sandy) Burnette of Henderson, KY and Marcie Anne Dailey of Sturgis, KY; 3 nephews Tyler James Burnette, Seth Thomas Burnette and John Michael Dailey; and 1 niece Josie Carlie Hope Dailey. Funeral services will be at 1pm Wednesday September 7, 2022 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Minister Tommy Stone will officiate with burial to follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Dixon, KY.
