James Spink

James L. Spink Jr. 66, of Dixon, KY passed away at Methodist Hospital in Henderson, KY on Sunday August 27, 2017. He was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late James Sr. and Lydia Spink. He was preceded in death by a daughter Samantha Spink. Survivors include his wife of 38 years Veronica Spink of Dixon, KY; 2 daughters Donna Aguilar of Sebree, KY and Katie Spink of Dixon, KY; 1 son James L. Spink III of Dixon, KY; 2 sisters Audrey Stone of Henderson, KY and Brenda Shoopman of Greenburg, KY; 1 brother Samuel Spink of Morganfield, KY; a adopted son Dr. Joshua Kitchens of Henderson, KY; 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Thursday August 31, 2017 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Father Jose` Carmelo will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson, KY. Visitation will be from 2pm-8pm on Wednesday and from 8am until service time on Thursday at the funeral home. Prayers will be at 6pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.
