Isaac Shoulders 21, of Dixon, KY died from injuries suffered in an accident in Hanson, KY on December 30, 2013. He worked for Yates Farms in Slaughters, KY. He was of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include his wife Lindsey Shoulders of Dixon, KY; his parents Cliff and LaDonna Shoulders of Dixon, KY; Grandparents Joe and Frances Shoulders of Manitou, KY; Russell and Shirley Revlett of Calhoun, KY and Mary Jo Revlett of Sacramento, KY; Great Grandmother Granny B Rakestraw of Slaughters, KY; 2 sisters Heather Riley of Henderson, KY and Brandy Blue of Hanson, KY; 1 brother Michael Shoulders of Madisonville, KY; 2 nieces and a nephew. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Thursday January 2, 2014 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Jimmie Riley and Bro. Willie Brown will officiate. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery in Manitou, KY. Visitation will be from 5-8pm on Wednesday and from 8am until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
