Jerry Wayne Dunbar, 79 of Providence, Ky. passed away at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Evansville, IN. August 23, 2017. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by one son; Brian “Scott” Dunbar. He is survived by his wife Carolynn Sue Dunbar of Sebree, Ky.; one son Brad Dunbar of Providence, Ky.; two brothers James Dunbar of Crawfordsville, IN., and Charles Dunbar of Providence, Ky.; five grandchildren, one greatgrandchild and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Saturday August 26, 2017 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, Ky. Bro. Chip Palmer will officiate, with burial in Fairview Cemetery in Dixon, Ky.
