Jonathan David "Jon Jon" Riden

Jonathan David “Jon Jon” Riden 53, passed away on Friday September 27th, 2024 in Nashville, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents Johnny and Judy Riden. Jon Jon was known and loved by all who ever encountered him for his big smile and his loving and joyous personality. He was a deacon and member of Harmony Baptist Church in Dixon, KY. He was a salesman for Bartlett Saw for 27 years. In that time, he made many friends throughout several states and loved each and every one. Jon Jon volunteered for many years at the Poole Volunteer Fire Department in Poole, KY. He is survived by his sister Darlene(Lane) Bentley of Henderson, KY; his niece Annie Bentley(Dillon Rouse) of Henderson, KY; daughter Tiffany(Eric) Ramsey of Henderson, KY; granddaughters Reese and Raegen Ramsey; girlfriend Heather Abner of Dixon, KY; Aunts, Uncles and cousins; adopted siblings Lance Duckworth and Tracee Dickerson; along with best friends Stephanie Humphrey Donahoo and Missy Woods. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday October 2nd, 2024 at 11am at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Kerry Smith, Rev. Jason Cowan and Rev. Tommy Townsend will officiate. Burial will be in Townsend Cemetery in Dixon, KY. Visitation will be from 1pm-8pm on Tuesday and from 8am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
