Juanita Goforth 76, of Sebree, KY died on Monday June 17, 2013 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. She was of the Baptist Faith. She is survived by her husband of 52 years Joe Goforth of Sebree, KY; one daughter Dawna Borum and her husband Paul of Sebree, KY; one son Doug Goforth and his wife Kathy of Sebree, KY; one sister Ardeth Olsen of Michigan; 3 grandchildren Wesley Goforth and his wife Tabatha of Madisonville, KY, Jade Goforth and Jazmine Goforth both of Sebree, KY; 5 great grandchildren Danya Parrish, Leslie Parrish, Xabier Spice, Andy Goforth and Jax Goforth all of Madisonville, KY. Funeral services will be held at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY at 12pm on Thursday. Bro. Marty Robertson will officiate. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole, KY.
