Kathleen Blankenship

Kathleen S. Blankenship 93, of Evansville, IN, formerly of Dixon, KY died on Tuesday May 19, 2015 at Good Samaritan Home in Evansville, IN. She was preceded in death by a son Lance Paul Hakanson. She was the daughter of the late George and Gertie Shoulders. Survivors include her husband Leroy Blankenship of Evansville, IN; one son David Hakanson of Niceville, FL; two step sons Darrell Blankenship of Evansville, IN and Keith Blankenship of Mt. Vernon, IN; one daughter Cindy Sparks of Lexington, KY; one step daughter Mariann Stock of Evansville, IN; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held at 1pm on Friday May 22, 2015 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Mark Sirnic will officiate. Friends may visit from 11am until service time at the funeral home on Friday.
