Kenneth Wayne Langston

Kenneth W. “Shorty” Langston 89, of Dixon, KY passed away on Saturday April 12th, 2025 at his home. Kenneth was a member of the Greater Lighthouse Church in Madisonville, KY. He retired from Alcan after several years of service. Kenneth loved spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren, he loved working on his equipment and woodworking. He was very proud to still live on the land where he was born and raised. He was preceded in death by his wife Juanita, a son Chris Langston and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include his daughter Darlene(Jacques) Lussier of Dixon, KY; 5 grandchildren Jason(Robin) Langston, Nichole(Shania) Eagles, Raley Lussier, Skylar Lussier and Kristen Langston; several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday April 15th, 2025 at 2pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Bro. Ronnie Hendricks will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Dixon, KY. Visitation will be from 11am until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Anthonys Hospice 2410 S. Green St Henderson, KY 42420.
