Lena Dale Cotton 76, of Dixon, KY passed away at her home on Friday October 20, 2017. She was retired from Health Services Dept. at the Earle C. Clements Job Corp in Morganfield, KY. She was a member of the Fairview Church of Christ in Dixon, KY, and was a graduate from Nebo High School in Nebo, KY. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Sam Cotton. Survivors include 1 daughter Tammy Smith(Tim) of Dixon, KY; 1 stepdaughter Jacki McGregor(Kerry) of Princeton, KY; 2 sons Jimmy Capps of Sebree, KY and Tim Capps(Crystal) of Grand Rivers, KY; 3 step sisters Shirley Strader of Madisonville, KY; Dorothy Shoulders of Nebo, KY and Betty Dement of Madisonville, KY; 3 brothers Carl Villines of Owensboro, KY; Ed Villines of Denver, Colorado and Leonard Villines of Lanesville, IN; 2 half-brothers Bobby Johnson and Brian Johnson both of Providence, KY and 1 step brother Sonny Miller of Nebo, KY; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday October 23, 2017 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Minister Gary Puryear will officiate. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery in Dalton, KY. Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Sunday and from 8am until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice 2410 S.
