Lillie Delong

Lillie Mae DeLong 95, of McLeansboro, IL formerly of Dixon, KY passed away on Saturday July 3, 2021 at McLeansboro Rehab and Healthcare Center in McLeansboro, IL. She was a housewife and was of the Church of Christ Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Vernon DeLong and 3 daughters Verlie LaVon Pompell, Linda Lou Bravard and Penny Lynn DeLong. Survivors include 3 daughters Beverly Jean Parker of McLeansboro, IL; Shirley Ann Jackson(J.C.) of Poole, KY and Carol Ann Grafton(Jay) of Mt. Vernon, IL; 4 sons Gary Ray DeLong(Georgia) of Merango, IL; Terry Lee DeLong of Big Clifty, KY; Danny Ray DeLong(Kay) of Collinsville, IL and Darrell Gene DeLong of Hillsboro, IL; 31 grandchildren; over 80 great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday July 6, 2021 at 1pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Jody Hughes will officiate. Burial will be in Townsend Cemetery in Dixon, KY.
