Margaret A. Stone Hanor 74, of Dixon, KY passed away at her home on Saturday July 4, 2015. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Dixon. She had worked for the Webster County Extension office for 23 years and had also worked in the Webster County Court Clerk’s office for 3 years, she loved ginseng hunting and gardening. She loved her grandkids and great grandkids. She is the daughter of the late Bethel and Annie Lou Stone. She was preceded in death by a sister Judy Riden. Survivors include her husband of 54 years Jimmy W. Hanor of Dixon, KY; 3 daughters Cindy Marsh and her husband Larry of Dixon, KY; Tammy Lewis-Wittenbraker and her husband Jim of Newburgh, IN and Sheri Fields and her husband Chris of Dixon, KY; 2 sisters Helen Hobgood of Providence, KY and Martha Julian of Evansville, IN; 1 brother Hubert Stone of Dixon, KY; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Wednesday July 8, 2015 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Ellis Payne will officiate. Burial will be in Townsend Cemetery in Dixon, KY. Visitation will be from 3-8pm on Tuesday and from 9am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
