Martha Freeman

Martha Anne Freeman 78, of Lisman, KY passed away on Tuesday July 14, 2020 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. She was a retired Teacher, having started her career at Clay Elementary in Clay, KY then working at Pewee Valley Correctional Facility in Shelby Co. KY and then spent 31 years at the Earle C. Clements Job Corp in Morganfield, KY. She was of the Christian Faith and the daughter of the late Howard and Lessie Freeman. She was preceded in death by a brother Bob Freeman and a nephew John Hopper. Survivors include her sister Marilyn Hopper(Jerry) of Lisman, KY; a brother John Freeman(Shelia) of Providence, KY; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday July 16, 2020 at 2pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Minister Audie Cherry will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dixon, KY.
