Mary Bradley

Mary Sue Floyd Bradley 71, of Poole, KY passed away on Monday August 22. 2016 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, IN. She owned and operated Sue’s Beauty Shop for over 40 years in Poole, KY. She loved spending time with her family and having them over for Sunday dinners, she was the best Mimi to her grandchildren. She was an avid UK fan, and member of the Poole Homemakers. She was a member of the Shady Grove General Baptist Church in Poole, KY, where she loved helping with vacation bible school. She was preceded in death by 4 sisters Frances Russell, Iris Taylor, Mae Wedding and Maude Harmon, 3 brothers J.M. Floyd, Eugene Floyd and David Earl Floyd. Survivors include her husband of 52 years Jerry Bradley of Poole, KY; 1 daughter Jana Spainhoward and husband Kelly of Henderson, KY; 1 son Jeffrey Bradley and wife Sally of Robards, KY; 2 sisters Ruby Walker of Robards, KY and Joyce Ann Taylor of Sebree, KY; 5 grandchildren Taylor Bradley, Addison Bradley, Lauren Spainhoward, Kassie Mitchell and Kelsey Spainhoward; 1 great grandchild Grayson Yorke; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Thursday August 25, 2016 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev Dean Esarey and Rev. Ron Hampton will officiate. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole, KY. Visitation will be from 3-8pm on Wednesday and from 8am until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
