Mary Gibson

Mary Grace Jones Gibson 68, of Dixon, KY passed away at home on Wednesday Sept 27, 2017. She was a housewife, and loved her CB radio. She loved her cat Boo, she also enjoyed flowers, country music and visiting the Smoky Mountains and Tybee Island. She is the daughter of the late Jody R. and Bernis Illeene Jones. She was preceded in death by a sister Patricia Reynolds, a brother William Jones and a great niece Kayleigh Guill. Survivors include her 2 daughters Janice Phillips of Abilene, Kansas and Tona Gibson of Las Vegas, Nevada; 1 sister Jonell Courtney of Providence, KY and 2 brothers Kenneth Jones of Nebo, KY and Jimmy Jones of Belton, KY; 2 grandchildren Steven Phillips II and Grace Hillyard; 1 great granddaughter; her best friend Diana Weaver and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Thursday at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Pastor Parvin Phillips will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dixon, KY.
