Mildred Mcclain

Mildred McClain 88, of Dixon, KY passed away on Sunday August 6, 2017 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. She was a member of Ilsley Community Church in Ilsley, KY. She loved reading her Bible, quilting and working jigsaw puzzles. She loved watching UK Basketball and Chicago Cubs Baseball, she also loved spending time with her children and grandkids. She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Morris McClain and one son Bruce McClain. Survivors include her daughter Carol Osborn(Roger) of Nebo, KY; 2 sons Mark McClain(Patricia) of Dixon, KY and Aron McClain(Jennifer) of Georgetown, KY; 1 sister Mary Lou Davis of Evansville, IN; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and 6 great greatgrandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Thursday August 10, 2017 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Bro. Steve Stone and Bro. John Gibson will officiate. Burial will be in King Cemetery in Liberty, KY. Visitation will be from 5-8pm on Wednesday and from 8am until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
