Paul Whitledge

Paul Robert Whitledge 54, of Venice, Florida formerly of Dixon, KY passed away at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL on Saturday December 25, 2021.  Paul had worked for the last 3 years at TWC-Horizon in Sarasota, FL. He was of the Baptist faith. Paul loved watching NASCAR Races, especially at Talladega Race Track and and was a huge Dale Earnhardt Sr. fan. Paul loved traveling the state of Florida and going to the beach, playing pool and grilling food. He was preceded in death by his parents Garland and Ann Whitledge, his grandparents Jack and Emma Lou “Moo” Whitledge and his father in law Troy M. Adkins. He is survived by his wife of 14 years Tara Whitledge of Venice, FL; 2 brothers Keith Whitledge(Judy) of Dixon, KY and Danny Whitledge(Marcie) of Providence, KY; nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and his 2 dogs Zoe and Dash. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday January 3, 2022 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Jeff Graham will officiate. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay, KY.
