RC Edwards 90, of Clay, KY passed away on Saturday July 4th, 2015 to go be home with his wife Helen Marie Hopper Edwards , that passed on earlier in the week.  He was a Farmer and lifelong member of Fairview Church of Christ in Dixon, KY. He was a US Army WWII veteran. Survivors include his two sons Butch Edwards and his wife Jane and David Edwards and his wife Joyce both of Clay, KY; 4 grandchildren Andrea Wunderlich and her husband George, Robbie Edwards and his wife Rita, Paul Edwards and his wife Sarah and Brandi Collins and her husband Jarred; 13 great grandchildren and 6 great great grand; and nieces. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday July 6, 2015 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Min. George Wunderlich and Min. Gary Puryear will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dixon, KY. Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Sunday and from 8am until service time on Monday at the funeral home.
