Ron Bruner

Ron D. Bruner 52, of Calvert City, KY passed away on Thursday August 5, 2021. He was a Correctional Officer for 20 years. He was a loving quiet person who loved his family. He loved to spend time on KY Lake. He is survived by his wife Donna Asher Bruner of Calvert City, KY; 2 sons Nathan Bruner of Bridgeport, IL and Nicholas Bruner of Monroe, IL; his mother Linda Kay Ashley and her husband Jim of Chesapeake, VA; 2 sisters Heather Acevedo of Chesapeake, VA and Khrystal Sayers of Virginia Beach, VA; 1 brother Bobby Bruner of Portsmouth, VA; 1 Aunt Paula Bolin and her husband Dave of Portsmouth, VA and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday August 11, 2021 at 2pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. John Brumfiel will officiate. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole, KY.
