Rudye Mae Moore 88, of Dixon, KY passed away on Sunday May 10, 2015 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. She was a housewife and a member of New Cedar Grove General Baptist Church in Tilden, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband James Aubrey Moore and one son Curtis Moore. Survivors include 3 daughters Judy Wedding and her husband Jim of Poole, KY, Sheila Blanford and her husband Rodney of Dixon, KY, and Shirley Eblen and her husband Steve of Sebree, KY; 5 sons Ronnie Moore and his wife Joyce, Larry Moore and his wife Brenda, Ricky Moore and his wife Lelia, Paul Moore and his wife Sherry, and Bruce Moore and his wife Diane all of Dixon, KY; 2 sisters Ruth Gibson of Henderson, KY and Edith Walters of Dixon, KY; 33 grandchildren and 70 great grand children; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will held at 2pm on Wednesday May 13, 2015 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev Doug Stallins and Rev. Dwayne Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in Old Cedar Grove Cemetery in Tilden, KY. Visitation will be from 5:30pm until 9pm on Tuesday and from 8am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
