Survivors include his 2 daughters Toni Spainhoward of Evansville, IN and Addison Spainhoward of Henderson, KY; 1 son Steven Spainhoward of Newburgh, IN; 7 brothers Terry Spainhoward of Providence, KY, Jerry Spainhoward of Robards, KY, Tony Spainhoward of Geneva, KY, Donald Spainhoward of Henderson, KY, Paul Spainhoward of Spottsville, KY, John Spainhoward of East Prairie, MO, and Roy Spainhoward of Henderson, KY; 1 sister Mary Sue Spainhoward of East Prairie, MO. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon is handling arrangements.
