Stevie J. Hill

Stevie J. Hill 68, of Clay, KY passed away on Sunday April 7th, 2024 at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, KY. He was of the Baptist faith and a Master Electrician, he had worked for Timmons Electric in Morganfield, KY and Osborne Manufacturing in Henderson, KY. Stevie loved playing cards and fishing. He was the son of the late J.D. and Oma Lucille Hill. He was preceded in death by his daughter Christie Hill and 2 brothers Gary Hill and Mike Hill. Survivors include his significant other Marilyn Curry of Clay, KY; his daughter Jody(Rex) Rodgers of Slaughters, KY; 3 sisters JoAnn Gardner of Dixon, KY; Brenda(Sammy) Blanford of Poole, KY and Jeannie(Teddy) Bunton of Dixon, KY; 4 grandchildren Samantha Rodgers, Cassandra Rodgers, Kelsie Hill and Kendra Ellis; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 10th, 2024 at 1pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Tondra Daugherty will officiate. Burial will be in Old Cedar Grove Cemetery in Tilden, KY. Visitation will be from 5pm-8pm on Tuesday and from 10am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Scotty Watson, Rodney Hill, Caleb Ellis, Greg Howard, Rex Rodgers and Chris Ellis. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice 2410 S.
