Theresa Ann Utley 51, of Wheatcroft, KY, formerly of Poole, KY died on Tuesday June 19, 2012 in Wheatcroft, KY. She was a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband Anthony “Tony” Leslie. Survivors include her daughter Lydia Winebarger of Wheatcroft, KY; 1 son Chris Leslie of Drakesboro, KY; 2 stepsons; her parents Francis and Linda Lou Maxwell of Henderson, KY; her grandmother Mary Virginia Mergard of Henderson, KY; 4 brothers Craig Allen Maxwell of Loveland, Colorado; Eric Richard Maxwell of Windsor, Colorado; Brian Wayne Maxwell of Mesa, Arizona and David Shernon Maxwell of Wellington, Colorado; 2 grandchildren; 3 stepgrandchildren and nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 3pm on Sunday at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Dwayne Wilson will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 until service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
