Sue Liggett Duncan 74, of Dixon, KY died on December 23, 2013 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. She was a Housewife and member of Little Zion General Baptist Church in Dixon, KY. She was the daughter of the late T.D. “Buck”and Ruby Liggett. She was preceded in death by her brother Jimmy Liggett. Survivors include her husband of 58 years Bobbie G. Duncan of Dixon, KY; 3 sisters Ann Braden of Providence, KY; Faye Rakestraw of Slaughters,KY and Shirley Tapp of Dixon, KY; 3 brothers Dorris, David and Tommy Liggett all of Dixon, KY; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Friday December 27, 2013 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Greg Duncan will officiate. Burial will be in Old Cedar Grove Cemetery in Tilden, KY. Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Thursday and from 8am until service time on Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice 2410 S.
