Wess Watson

Wess Dale Watson, 61, of Dixon, KY passed away at 12:28pm, February 4, 2017 at his home from lung cancer.  He drove a truck for the Webster Co Road Dept and attended Dixon First Baptist.  Wess Dale was an avid  U.K. Wildcat basketball fan, watching and re-watching every game and almost always wearing some clothing of U.K.   He enjoyed working and spending time outside, and being with his beloved Golden Retriever Sassy.
Wess Dale was born October 9, 1955
at home in Dixon, KY the son of Wess Duncan and Betty Dills Watson.
Wess Dale is survived by his mother; his companion of 15 years, Nancy McLean; 3 daughters: Denae McNeily, Kerri Dale Leath, Melissa Watson and 1 son Mikel Watson; a sister Peggy Poole and a brother Barry Watson; 7 grandchildren Mikayla and Nathan Dees, Mallory and Courtney Leath, Brandon Watson, Jada and Ashley Brothers and 3 nephews.  He is proceeded in death by his father Wess  Duncan Watson.
A celebration of life service will be at New Cedar Grove Church on Saturday, Feb 11, 2017 at 4:00pm officiated by Bro Dwayne Wilson.  Friends may fellowship with the family from noon until service time at the church.  The family asks if you would like, join them and wear U.K. clothing or U.K. blue to the memorial service in honor of Wess and his love of the game.
