Proudly offering Funeral & Cremation services for the Dixon and Webster County, KY
This building has been home to the funeral Industry since the early 1930's. My father purchased Tapp Funeral Home in the early 1970's from the Tapp Family. He changed the name to reflect his family and named the business Townsend Funeral Home. We have owned the business for over 40 years. My mother, Connie Townsend and I(Chad Townsend) own and operate the family business. The business has grown over the years and so has our facility. We expanded our funeral home in the early 1990's. We have recently remodeled and updated our funeral business. We believe in making people feel welcome and at home during their time of grief.
